Newcastle manager Steve McLaren is expected to be without defenders Mike Williamson, Jamaal Lascelles, Steven Taylor and Massadio Haidara as well as midfielders Cheick Tiote, Gabriel Obertan and Rolando Aarons. In addition, goalkeeper Tim Krul and striker Emmanuel Riviere will also be missing due to injuries. Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp could be without Brazilian international midfielder Philippe Coutinho because of a hamstring problem and it looks like defender Kolo Toure will join him on the sidelines. Midfielder Emre Can will definitely miss the match as well since he’s serving a suspension.
