Man United had the chance to take the league lead last weekend, but had t settle for a 1-1 draw on the road with co-leaders Leicester City. They’re unbeaten at home though with just one goal conceded and trail league-leading Leicester and Manchester City by one point. Overall, Man United has a six-game unbeaten streak on the line in league play. They’re up against a tough West Ham side which has already beaten Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal this season. The club has struggled recently though by going through November without a victory. West Ham’s last league win was back on October 24 when they downed Chelsea 2-1 at home. Their last league contest ended in a 1-1 draw at home last weekend against West Bromwich Albion.

It looks like Man United has some injuries to deal with as defenders Phil Jones and Marcos Rojo are doubtful for the match along with forward Jesse Lingard and midfielder Ander Herrera. Striker Wayne Rooney left the match against Leicester in the second half, but is expected to dress on Saturday. Defenders Antonio Valencia and Luke Shaw will miss the game for sure with long-term injuries. West Ham is expected to be without the services of their leading scorer Dimitri Payet as he’s sidelined until February due to an ankle injury. In addition, striker Diafra Sakho and forward Enner Valencia will also be missing.
