Week 5 of the 2015 NFL season is in the books and not much has changed. In the AFC, there are still three undefeated teams – the New England Patriots (4-0), Cincinnati Bengals (5-0) and the Denver Broncos (5-0). In the NFC, the Green Bay Packers and Atlanta Falcons stand at 5-0 and the Carolina Panthers are at 4-0. The Kansas City Chiefs lost again (1-4), but more importantly have lost Jamaal Charles to a season ending knee injury (torn ACL). Other disappointing teams include the New Orleans Saints (1-4), Dallas Cowboys (2-3), Philiadelphia Eagles (2-3) and the Baltimore Ravens (1-4). It’s still early in the 2015/16 season. Momentum will change and injuries will continue to shift the balance of power as we move ahead.
There are four teams on their bye in Week 6:
- Dallas Cowboys
- Oakland Raiders
- St Louis Rams
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
There are also a number of interesting betting matchups in Week 6:
