Jones can run with the ball, at least a little, but his numbers (17 attempts, 43 yards) don’t indicate that his rushing ability is something to build a game plan around. So there is more reliance on his arm, and that is what might worry some NCAA football bettors who are thinking about backing OSU. Jones threw a lot of passes up for grabs, and in some cases it was his good fortune that he had a receiver who was able to make a great catch.
